Coordinated Assessment: Housing Crisis Response
Households in Crisis
Households who are living without shelter or who are facing the prospect of immediate homelessness should contact Coordinated Assessment immediately. Our housing crisis response system can provide immediate access to emergency housing services.
If you are living without shelter or are facing immediate homelessness, please dial 2-1-1 or 1.800.650.HELP (1.800.650.4357).
Agencies with Clients in Crisis
If your agency serves clients who you suspect may be experiencing a housing crisis, please assist them in dialing 2-1-1 or 1.800.650.HELP (1.800.650.4357). Coordinated Assessment will work with clients to evaluate the safety and appropriateness of their housing options. If homelessness is unavoidable, Coordinated Assessment will connect clients to emergency shelter services.
At a minimum, please be sure to refer clients and households who meet one or more of the following:

- Experienced non-stranger violence in the past thirty days, such as physical abuse, emotional abuse, stalking, intimidation, or controlling behaviors by an intimate partner; or
- Household is a lessee with a court-ordered eviction from their unit (aka judgment).
