TLCHB is responsible for accurately reporting on the nature and extent of homelessness, and the programs and services that are part of the Toledo Lucas County Continuum of Care to Address and End Homelessness in our community.
TLCHB has adopted Standards as a statement of our commitment to work, in cooperation with all of our allies and partners who share our values and our goals, towards a focused initiative consistent with our Continuum of Care’s recently adopted CASE Plan, Community Alliances and Strategic Efforts Plan to Prevent, Reduce and End Homelessness.
These best-practice standards affirm the following values:
- Services provided are respectful of the rights and dignity of vulnerable persons.
- High professional standards and ethics are employed in providing service.
- Professional collaboration and advocacy is vital for the well-being of vulnerable persons.
TLCHB standards-related documents are available here in PDF format. [Most computers can open PDF documents; Adobe® Reader® is available free of charge if needed.]
