    ATTENTION: CALL FOR NEW FY 2019 CoC PROJECTS

    Toledo Lucas County Homelessness Board will release and review grant project applications for FY 2019 Department of Housing and Urban Development Continuum of Care Program for NEW projects at 12 PM (noon) on Thursday, August 8th, 2019 in the 4th Floor Conference Room B at 1946 N. 13th Street, Toledo, OH (Toledo Business Technology Center).

    New projects through permanent housing bonus are restricted to:

        • Permanent Supportive Housing projects (PSH) that meet requirements of DedicatedPLUS or the standard 100% dedicated for chronically homeless individuals and families;
        • Rapid Re-Housing projects (RRH) that served individuals and families, including unaccompanied youth who meet the criteria outlined in the NOFA;
        • Rapid Re-Housing – Domestic Violence Bonus projects that provide housing and services to survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking;
        • Joint TH and PH-RRH component projects; and
        • Expanding CoC program funded projects.

    New projects through reallocation process are restricted to:

        • Permanent Supportive Housing projects (PSH) that meet requirements of DedicatedPLUS or the standard 100% dedicated for chronically homeless individuals and families;
        • Rapid Re-Housing projects(RRH) that served individuals and families, including unaccompanied youth who meet the criteria outlined in the NOFA;
        • Joint TH and PH-RRH component projects;
        • Dedicated HMIS (limited to TLCHB);
        • Supportive services to develop or operate a new centralized or Coordinated Assessment (limited to TLCHB);
        • Transitioning CoC projects; and
        • Expanding CoC program funded projects.

    In any conflict between this notice and the NOFA, the NOFA is the definative source and will hold sway.

    ATTENTION: CALL FOR RENEWAL FY 2019 CoC PROJECTS

    Toledo Lucas County Homelessness Board will release and review grant project applications for FY 2019 Department of Housing and Urban Development Continuum of Care Program for RENEWAL projects at 9 AM on Thursday, August 8th, 2019 in the 4th Floor Conference Room B at 1946 N. 13th Street, Toledo, OH (Toledo Business Technology Center).

    Renewal projects may include:

        • Existing Permanent Supportive Housing projects (PSH), including existing PSH projects that want to change a 100% dedicated project to a DedicatedPLUS project in the FY 2018 CoC Program Competition;
        • Existing Rapid Re-Housing projects (RRH) that served individuals and families, including unaccompanied youth who meet the criteria in the NOFA;
        • Joint TH and PH-RRH component projects; and
        • Consolidating Projects must have the same recipient and be for the same component; and they will be funded in this competition only with FY 2019 funds (meaning no funds recaptured from prior years will be awarded to the project). Prior to beginning the consolidation process in the project application, the applicant should consult with the local HUD field office to ensure each project is eligible to be consolidated. Consolidation limitations can be found in the NOFA.
