Housing First Homeless System Director:
Job Summary: The Homeless System Director is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the overall homeless service delivery system. This position reports to the Toledo – Lucas County Homelessness Board and will coordinate their efforts with homeless shelters, housing providers, the behavioral health system, and the local Continuum of Care. The Coordinator will also build linkages between the homeless service system and the criminal justice system as well as engaging the private sector.

Grants Administrator — November 2nd, 2017
Position Summary: The TLCHB Grants Administrator will ensure and oversee that grants funded by and/or through the Toledo Lucas County Homelessness Board are properly utilized according to the conditions and responsibilities associated with the grants’ funding source (federal, state, local) including: award process, adherence to regulations and requirements, compliance with reporting expectations and fiscal oversight. The position requires excellent record keeping, submission of reports and ability to provide analysis on grant outcomes and performance.
