SNAPS Coordinated Entry Equity Initiative

In partnership with other CoCs in Ohio, TLCHB has been selected to participate in the Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs Coordinated Entry Equity Initiative. Through this initiative we will work closely with a team of HUD Equity DEMO Coaches who offer guidance, support, coordination, and facilitation in pursuit of our community’s race equity goals. This work will take place over the next 9-12 months and will include a team of community stakeholders and statewide partners, all working together to design, implement and evaluate equity redesign initiatives and data analysis. TLCHB is grateful for the opportunity to receive such a valuable resource to support our pursuit of this meaningful work.
