TLCHB Announces Important Team Updates

Recently, Lucas Metropolitan Housing shared some exciting news about my transition to its team later this year. While I am looking forward to serving our community from this new vantage point, it is bittersweet to leave the TLCHB team and its supportive partners. Nevertheless, I am beyond confident that the TLCHB team will continue to support our Continuum in its strategic efforts and build upon the progress we’ve made as a community to date. 

I’m pleased to share that the TLCHB Board of Directors has recommended Michael Hart to serve as Interim Executive Director upon my departure in December. Furthermore, I’m excited to share that our own Candace Bishop is also being promoted to Director of Operations and Compliance effective immediately. These two individuals, among many others, work tirelessly to support our Continuum’s efforts. I believe others will agree that they have proven themselves to be committed, thoughtful leaders in this space. 

As our partner, please rest assured that we will be using the next several weeks to ensure a smooth transition without any gaps in support or services. We remain committed to our community, our partners, and most importantly, individuals and families experiencing homelessness.  Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, and keep an eye out for future updates along the way!
